Benefits of Membership
Peppard LTC provides Members, be they Adults or Juniors with:
- Weekly Club Nights with specific dates supported by Coaches to provide drills, tips and hints to help us all improve our game
- Open Days, Competitions, Coaching and Tennis Camps (Tennis Camps are for our Junior Members in the school holidays)
- Teams participating in the Berkshire Leagues for Members that would like to play competitive tennis
- Team practice sessions for the more competitive players as an alternate to Club Nights
- Use of the Floodlights covering four of the six courts free of charge
- An online Booking system to reserve Courts for general play
- Ability to bring Adult and Junior guests for general play
- An opportunity to be part of a community of interest
Details
The Club Membership year begins on the 1st April and runs to the 31st March of the following year and 100% of the annual fee for each Membership category is payable until the 1st November of each Club Membership year when the rate will be reduced by 50% for the remaining half year period to the end of March the following calendar year (see *NOTE below).

Peppard LTC will generally only accept applications for or renewals of Membership electronically based on the Membership packages available from the list below. We ask persons applying for or renewing Memberships to pay by BACS transfer as the Club's preference as this minimises credit card fees payable by the Club. The BACS details are:

*NOTE - For new Memberships from the 1st November of a given Club Membership year, please pay by BACS only. There is a 50% reduction for the relevant Membership fee from the 1st November of each Membership year. Stripe payments by debit or credit card will be taken at the full amount. The balance cannot be refunded given that Stripe is a 3rd party agent.

Eligibility: For persons of 19 years of age and over on the 1st of April of each Membership Year.

Country Membership 2024

Country Membership from the 1st April.
Eligibility: For persons of 19 years of age and over on the 1st of April of each Membership Year who normally reside more than 50 miles from the Club premises.

Couples Membership - Additional Adult 2024

Couples Membership - Additional Adult Membership from the 1st April.
Eligibility: For one additional person of 19 years of age and over on the 1st of April of each Membership Year where the person resides at the same address as the Adult Member.

Family Membership 2024

Family Membership from the 1st April.
Eligibility: For 2 Adults and up to 5 Children under 19 years of age or Children of 19 years of age to 25 years of age and in full time education on the 1st of April of each Membership Year.

Eligibility: For persons of 19 years of age to 25 years of age and in full time education on the 1st of April of each Membership Year.

Eligibility: For persons of 11 years of age to 18 years of age on the 1st of April of each Membership Year.

Eligibility: For persons of 19 years of age and over on the 1st of April of each Membership Year wishing to play up to 6.30 PM on weekdays only.

Adult guest fee for Member's guests for one day. Valid for two weeks from date of purchase and payment by Credit Card only.

2 weeks membership
Child guest fee for Member's guests for one day. Valid for two weeks from date of purchase and payment by Credit Card only.
