**** IMPORTANT NOTE - MINI AND JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES ****

In line with LTA Safeguarding initiatives the Clubspark system has been modified so that adult parents and / or guardians must have both a LTA Advantage registration and be registered with Peppard LTC with the LTA Advantage registration.  Note that this advisory note applies to both “new” Memberships and annual “renewals”.

Parents and / or guardians must be the “main contact” for any persons under the age of 18 (“juniors”) at the time of new Memberships or renewals and in the past, we have seen one junior act as the “main contact” for a sibling and the system will not let the Membership application progress.  The suggested process for parents and / or guardians is:

4.  Either sign in or obtain a LTA Advantage Membership and then sign in as required

5.  Register with Peppard LTC by following the prompts on the website

6.  Send an email to [email protected] with names and dates of birth of the juniors

8.  On receipt we will assign the juniors to the “main contact” and send renewal invites

Benefits of Membership

Peppard LTC provides Members, be they Adults or Juniors with:

• Weekly Club Nights, Open Days, Competitions, Coaching and Tennis Camps with no charge for Floodlights
• Teams participating in the Berkshire Leagues for Members that would like to play competitive tennis

Details

The Club Membership year begins on the 1st April and runs to the 31st March of the following year and 100% of the annual fee for each Membership category is payable until the 1st October of each Club Membership year when the rate will be reduced by 50% for the remaining half year period to the end of March the following calendar year (see *NOTE below).

Peppard LTC will generally only accept applications for or renewals of Membership electronically based on the  Membership packages available from the list below.  We ask persons applying for or renewing Memberships to pay by BACS transfer as the Club's preference as this minimises credit card fees payable by the Club.  The BACS details are:

*NOTE - For new Memberships from the 1st November of a given Club Membership year, please pay by BACS only.  There is a 50% reduction for the relevant Membership fee from the 1st November of each Membership year.   Stripe payments by debit or credit card will be taken at the full amount.  The balance cannot be refunded given that Stripe is a 3rd party agent.
